This Georgian Cotswold stone cottage has been sympathetically renovated, whilst retaining its Cotswold charms and is located in the popular small market town of Stow on the Wold meaning, 'meeting place on the hill'.

Warm and inviting, the cottage is entered via a small porch with hanging space for coats.

A spacious lounge with big comfy sofas and cushions. Large screen TV with 30 channels, digital box and teletext, DVD and small library of films on request, stereo system with dab radio and cd player and a small selection of cd's, books, magazines and games to amuse. For those who just want to relax at the end of a busy day exploring the beautiful Cotswolds, relax with the extra cosiness provided by the real open log fire.

Three beautifully presented and comfortable bedrooms. Sleeping upto six in three double beds. The master bedroom having a king-size Victorian style bed, an en-suite bathroom, wall mounted flat screen TV, antique pine and satinwood furniture is located on the first floor. Also located on the first floor is the second double bedroom with iron and brass bedstead, built in wardrobe and small library. One travel cot/bed is available.

A Fired Earth Wet Room with power shower, Italian Marble wash bowl, heated towel rail and shaving point, offers a luxurious showing experience.

On the ground floor is located the third double bedroom, which may be suitable for people with limited mobility and has access to a cloakroom with wash hand basin and shaving point.

Only crisp cotton bed linen and fabrics by Fired Earth, Osbourne & Little, Cath Kidston, Laura Ashley, M&S and The White Company (to add that extra bit of luxury) have been used in the interior design.

There is a private parking space for one car and plenty of free roadside parking.

Park cottage is perfectly placed in a little side road. Just a 5 minute walk away from the market square of Stow with its many fine Inns and Gastropubs, some award winning and serving fine local produce. Interior Design, Antique Furniture, Art Galleries and Independent Fashion Shops are a treat for the serious shopper.

The bright dining room has seating for six and one high chair. Double French doors lead out to a tranquil courtyard garden, perfect for that pre dinner drink or al-fresco dining. The courtyard is filled with potted trees and plants. A water feature, wooden patio furniture, umbrella and outside lighting.

A newly fitted bespoke kitchen by Cotteswood of Oxfordshire has a butler sink, granite work surfaces, stone floor and a gas Rayburn/Aga cooker (which provides the hot water and full gas central heating) dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, multifunction microwave oven plus grill. The cottage is well equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your holiday hassle free, even a good selection of Cookery Books for the keen chef are available.
